- HELP DESK - SERVICE DESK - OR TRAINEES WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS -

I need two NIGHT SHIFT Service Desk Analysts for this extremely busy Service Desk based in Milton Keynes.

To be considered for these roles you need to have a good Service Desk/Help Desk background and be ready to start a new assignment ASAP.

The roles will include (but not be restricted to).

Performing first level support
Delivering quality solutions to users
Inputting information to call management system
Liaising and working with the appropriate resolver groups
Problem escalation where required
Working to pre agreed SLAs Major incident escalation
Service implementation
Technology awareness and development
Service improvement suggestions
Change Management
Incident management

There are other aspects to this role which appear on the job spec that I will send to interested parties upon receipt of a CV.

To be considered for this role you simply need to have the following skills.

Very good telephone manner
Strong verbal skills
IT awareness
Previous Help Desk/Service Desk experience
The ability to prioritise workload and deliver solutions in a timely and efficient manner
