Are you an Infrastructure Business Analyst with storage transition experience? If the answer is yes, one of Australia's largest finance companies is looking for you...

As part of the storage transition, this project aims to transition the services from one provider to another. Seeking charge back appliance for call recording will be re-configured and deployed for billing and reporting of call recording services.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Elicit and manage requirements
  • Develop service management plans and operations guides 
  • Employ process mapping skills and analytical experience to design and deliver processes
  • Document required services, processes, procedures and work instructions
  • Assess existing IT service management operational capability, against future requirements
  • Provide effective communication and liaison with business stakeholders, business solutions managers, software developers, infrastructure engineers and end users
  • Analyse and document traceable requirements (Business, Stakeholder, Solution, and Transition) 
  • Manage requirements through-out the project life cycle 
You should have the following skills and experience:
  • 5+ years of deep practical experience in a BA role, performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations
  • Technical domain knowledge; infrastructure, software, network, Internet, telecommunications, information security, data
  • Business domain knowledge; financial services industry, operational processes, business systems, information security, knowledge management, consultancy
  • Understanding and experience in use of business analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to interview and interact with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep working knowledge and advocacy of the business analysis knowledge areas
  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal, formal documentation, presentation, diagramming and modelling, facilitation and elicitation
  • Independent worker, with ability plan, supervise, or lead the work of others on large projects and within the BA Team
