Title: Web Marketing Research Specialist

Web Marketing Research Specialist Overview:

This position supports the growing demands for interpreting and reacting to customer feedback and insights. You will work closely with web product management and web interactive marketing teams to champion the voice of the customer across various initiatives including: resolving technical obstacles by leveraging tiered IT support, maximizing customer retention efforts, and infusing feedback into requirement gathering sessions for new web product development. In addition, the VOC Specialist will help uncover market insights and trends. This is a hands-on role, listening, interpreting, reacting, and monitoring qualitative and quantitative data, as well as refining our VOC program and process.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and organize daily feedback and insights from the various listening posts, by defined category
Maximize customer retention efforts and promote positive feedback, as well as immediate action and escalation of critical issues
Help organize and prepare monthly and quarterly VoC Meetings and Reports, as well as stakeholder communication to champion VoC program adoption and refinements
Build, maintain and manage VOC insights communication - leveraging our client's Intranet

Key Qualifications:

Creative problem solver, translate complex data sets into easily digested and understood formats to identify and understand customer needs and uses data to infuse new web product development ideas
Naturally inquisitive, strong project management skills, hands on research experience, demonstrate efficient and effective communication skills
Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience

Key Experience:

Demonstrated experience in executing all phases of quantitative and qualitative research, such as questionnaire design, use of survey programming software, data analysis and synthesis, familiar with statistical techniques and ability to explain results in clear manner, report presentation and development
Exceptional influencing and teaching skills in order to drive adoption of the VOC program
Experience with OpinionLab, Iperceptions, Coremetrics, and Tealeaf is preferred
