Description
An Interim Talent Process Analyst is sought by a high-profile consumer organisation to lead the end-to-end process design for Talent Management. Working with senior HR stakeholders across L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management and Organisational Effectiveness you remit will be to define and develop a holistic model and process across these functions.
Through agreeing the strategic direction you will incorporate both Centre's of Excellent and Business Partnering to ensure the operational workforce receives high standards of engagement underpinned by best-of-breed systems.
You will have a track-record of:
- Designed and delivered Talent programmes in multiple organisations
- Knowledge of process mapping techniques
- Strong facilitation ability
