Description
Your responsibilities:
- Support of Logistics modules of SAP (IS-Retail)
- Resolution of incidents from origin to successful conclusion
- Impact assessment for change requests and enhancements
- Documentation of resolution method and steps
- Liaison with local IT/Process Owners, Global Support and business community
- Unit testing of issues before user acceptance testing and sign off
- Proof of concept for approved change requests and enhancements
- Prepare design specifications for new requirements
- Incident handling and recording according to L2 skills/fix team Matrix.
- Follow incident management processes
- Build experience to better understand incident impact and allocate SLA according to SLA Matrix.
- Support and provide superior service via phones, and e-mails
- Meet commitments to customer
Your profile:
- Experienced SAP implementation consultant that has worked in project delivery as well as support.
- Cross modular experience in Logistics is extremely desirable for this role
- We are looking for an individual who enjoys a busy working environment, that is able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Be able to multitask issues and who is willing to expand their experience within the area of support.
- The role is primarily for support of the live system but there will also be continuous improvement projects and further releases of functionality
- There will be a multi-skilled team working together in a Centre of Excellence office environment
Skills Required
- Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) experience - 5 years
- Proficiency in the areas of Sales Pricing and Intercompany processing
- Material Management: Procurement, Inventory Management and Intercompany
- Experience of IS-Retail a distinct advantage

- SAP Solution Manager
