Secretarial/PA role based in Leeds Do you enjoy organising and managing schedules? If so this could be an ideal role for you... This position would match an individual with great team experience and able to work under own initiative and judgement. They will be providing diary management, scheduling and planning meetings and producing accurate minutes. An important part of this role is to organise national and international travel, accommodation and to ensure the trip runs smoothly. Other parts of the role include answering and directing calls in an efficient and polite manner, dealing with incoming correspondents, ordering and maintaining stationary requirements and using Powerpoint to produce presentations.

Skills Required
- Minute taking skills
- Good knowledge of Word, excel, Powerpoint and outlook
- Experience in booking business travel
