The Strategic Technologies Program Manager

- Advanced works for the CLIENT-IT Organization. The Strategic Technologies Program Manager
- Advanced will be responsible to deliver the IT program and mega-programs assigned to them to manage and all of its supporting projects within one or more domains of Web Development, Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP and Revenue Cycle driven initiatives.

The Strategic Technologies Program Manager -

Advanced responsibilities include:

Lead one large-scale, enterprise strategic technologies program or mega-program and their collective set of projects; or, lead two or more medium-scale programs to a successful completion. Oversee quality and deliverables for program and its set of projects to assure high quality results. Maintain positive executive client relationships to maintain client support and funding. Review and approve project plans, budget forecasts to optimize budget and productivity. Communicate status and escalate issues to executive sponsors, update and review project and program risk matrixes, conduct project quality audit reviews, establish collaborative teamwork across projects within program, manage executive vendor relationships to minimize impact of issues to quality, scope, cost, and relationships of program. Approve infrastructure upgrade plans, software and hardware acquisition plans, development plans, system integration plans, implementation plans, support plans and deployment plans to proactively prepare for successful enterprise deployment.

Requirements: For the Strategic Technologies Program Manager

- Advanced, the requirements are: Minimum of 10+ years of working in IT organizations with a broad base of experiences that include software development, database engineering, network management, system engineering, data center operations, help desk, and project management. Minimum of 10+ years experience managing implementations of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplined, cross-functional and highly visible projects, with budgets of $20 million or more and cross organizational teams over 60 people with up to 8 interdependent projects and/or 2 large programs. Minimum of 5+ years of information strategic technologies experience working on Web Development, Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP and Revenue Cycle driven initiatives. Must be deeply experienced in Project Management Methodologies.

The Strategic Technologies Program Manager - Advanced will be required to know or learn CLIENT-IT's program and process methodology and to execute it within the established CLIENT and CLIENT-IT organizational framework and oversight processes. Demonstrates extensive experience in executive client relationship management. Proven success required working with executive clients on enterprise projects. Prefer program manager with business management, IT operations or customer support, and technology development background. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MIS or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and previous experience managing large complex projects with multiple tracks. MBA or professional Certification is a plus.

2) Experience in managing large and complex projects utilizing various Waterfall, Agile and other methodologies.
3) Ability to manage 2 or more medium projects at the same time comprising of teams of more than 50 people.
4) Stakeholder management, resource, financial & program management.
5) Excellent communication skills, takes ownership, drives for results and builds consensus.

3) Meeting facilitation, obtain consensus, drives for results. Create & present detailed status reports, executive status reports, business case updates
4) Lead and drive RFI/RFP process for software vendor product selection.
5) Utilize tools such as Sharepoint, RPM (Niku), Remedy, Clarity, MS Project, Visio, WebEx and others for communications and coordination.
