Project Description:
-IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing system support of Legal Applications. This person works very closely with Legal customers, technical teams, and other support groups to resolve issues. This position will work with a worldwide team. Also, this position may be involved in system development and deployments. Services Support team. Responsible for resolving customer incidents, working with support organizations to resolve incidents, customer stakeholder management, communications, and continuous training of customers. Tasks may also include system maintenance and process monitoring.
Daily Responsibilities:
. Resolve customer incidents
. Monitor, identify and resolve problems to improve system performance and reduce incidents.
. Follow and make improvement to existing processes.
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in either Information Technology, Legal or Computer Science OR equivalent experience
2. Visual Studio 2008, TFS, .NET v3.5/4.0 C#, ASP.NET and classic ASP development (experience with automated testing, automated build)
3. SQL Server 2005/8 (solid experience with Transact SQL and Stored Procedures, and SSIS)
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to understand and communicate issues to users and stakeholders.
6. ITIL practitioner with experience in incident management and problem management.
7. Results orientation
