Leading, high-visibility technology brand seeks experience Program Manager to assist with logistics of a joint venture with another hugely successful corporation.

For this contract position, you will be responsible for managing compliance record keeping and archive consistent with organizational needs and regulatory requirements for medical device industry. Must have SharePoint, TFS, and excellent cross-group communication skills.


OVERVIEW:
  • Manage compliance records/archives, including documentation of escalations, activities, etc.
  • Manage escalation system
  • Provide readiness materials to support ongoing need for records management

Responsible for maintaining, and managing program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges while supporting managers to drive a program or projects. Works closely with PM's, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change. Leads cross-org project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of program management experience and a Bachelor's Degree
  • SharePoint and TFS experience and skills required
  • Knowledge/background in software industry
  • Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels
  • Strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

This is a 2 month contract position with possibility of extension.
