Description
Leading, high-visibility technology brand seeks experience Program Manager to assist with logistics of a joint venture with another hugely successful corporation.
For this contract position, you will help to establish product compliance program policies and process consistent with organizational needs and regulatory requirements for medical device industry. Must have SharePoint, TFS, and excellent cross-group communication skills.
OVERVIEW:1. Develop, launch and execute plan to stand up, communicate and insure product compliance policies and process.
- Inventory existing product compliance policies
- Conduct assessment/validation through interviews with key stakeholders (at variety of levels) in engineering, support, services, operations, product management
- Complete gaps in process; rebrand, enhance and streamline process as necessary
- Examples of process include: complaint escalation, management process (ie if there is a compliance violation), "Intended Use" processes
2. Establish ecosystem to capture, support and communicate process systems to include:
- Quality management system
- TFS (Engineering complaint capture system that can escalate complaints)
- OOTB SharePoint (Landing site, document library, possibly a wiki)
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word
3.Design and develop partner compliance readiness launch program (engineering, services, operations, product management), including:
- 20 minute instructional video to be distributed through Learning Management System
- Coaching/instructor led training as necessary
- Communication program in support of this workstream
- 2-4 years of program management experience and a Bachelor's Degree
- SharePoint and TFS experience and skills required
- Knowledge/background in software industry
- Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to all levels
- Strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
This is a 2 month contract position with possibility of extension.
