Well respected Financial institution looking for Information Systems Architect in Woodinville, WA area.
Responsibilities
Enthusiastic about translating high-level, ambiguous business goals into working software solutions.
Applicant must be able to take ownership of application architecture and direct the design of software development projects for a custom built web based, multi-tiered E-commerce platform.
Design and develop system architectures for new or existing IT related systems, defining key functional and technical capabilities. Review and approve design of subsystems and integration between components for total system.
Build high-performance, highly-available and scalable systems.
Experience in Front End, middle-tier, data layer and service oriented architecture development are a must.
Mentor employees and provide technical leadership. Perform code reviews and guidance on system design.
Ability to work with senior engineers to complete design documentation from requirements documentation and build components to design.
Research and recommend technology to improve current systems.
Work with local and off-shore resources and coordinate development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 or more years of application development experience. E-commerce system experience preferred.
Experience with .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Mvc.
Service Oriented Architecture design and development.
Test-first development and automated unit test design.
Experience with SQL Server database design and T-SQL.
Experience with SCRUM development methodology.
Knowledge or experience with Oracle EBS preferred but not required.
