Our Client on of the Leading Retail Banks in Europe are working on an exciting portfolio of online projects, spanning mobile apps and browser solutions for 30M+ customers.

A requirement has arisen for a senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of Digital solutions for the banks customers.

Purpose of the role

  • Define project scope and deliverables
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Estimate the resources required for the project
  • Draft and submit budget documents
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staff
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation,
    and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and
    devise contingency plans.

Core Skills and Experience

  • Must have experience working on projects implementing web marketing & analytics tools in both secure (protected) and public domains.
  • Must have an understanding of Retail banking operations and business models
  • University degree
  • At least 5 years direct work experience in an end-to-end project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Preferably holds project management certification and has strong familiarity with MS Project
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
