The ideal candidate will be responsible for a successful rollout of Oracle CRM on Demand to the rest of the EMEA region (Western and Northern Europe). This activity requires occasionally travelling to these countries, talking with Key Users, collecting and solving their issues related to CRM project, agrees on timelines and support data providers. A high quality of communication skills is essential.
Successful candidate should have soft skills like presentation, communication and negotiation, coupled with a strong set of technical skills including, Deep knowledge of CRM applications and typical sales processes in Pharma business. He/she should manage issue resolution and communicates project issues to the project team, executives and others as required. He/she will creates risk mitigation plans as required to ensure minimal project impact.
This position requires occasionally travelling internationally, mainly within Europe.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in CRM applications mandatory preferably Oracle CRM on Demand or Salesforce.com. As the last option: Siebel CRM on Premise. A minimum of 5 years experience working in IT required, and most of the time spent implementing Sales Force Automation applications. A minimum of two years leading projects or teams is desired.
Knowledge of business processes in pharma industry required. Additionally - a knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS) is a plus. Project experience in Transact-SQL or PL/SQL (or any other SQL) is required, as well as ETL processes, as the candidate will be expected to have hands-on ETL/data manipulation activities.
Experience of working in global projects in multinational, multicultural environments and teams spread over the world, is required. English language is a must and Russian, French, German or Italian are treated as an advantage.
