SAP FICO Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Geel, Belgium.
My client in Geel, Belgium is looking for an SAP FICO Consultant.
In the role of SAP FICO Consultant you know all the ins and outs of SAP FI/CO and have a background in Finance. You will participate as a business consultant. Therefore, you analyze the application issues.. The first-line issues will be solved by the support-team, but you will monitor these issues. You work closely with the Finance/Logistics Department and act as business partner between the Finance/Procurement Organization and the SAP support team.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Work together with the SAP support team/SaGe EU IA Work Stream Lead, to transition the current processes to the SAP standard platform for the centralized global Financial processes such as
- Financial master data:
charts of accounts, profit centers, cost elements, cost centers
- Suppliers and Customers repository Invoices control, Accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Accounting, Treasury, Bank,
- Assets management
- Actual costs allocations
- Sales and Distribution
- Closing processes
- Global financial reporting:
PCD, Marco,
- Gap analysis MFG Pro vs. SAP
- Data clean-up and management of financial master data
- Co-ordination of SAP FICO Change Management (processes)
- Lead the User acceptance testing
- Training and supporting of the Key-users in all supported Sites for them to be able to understand and execute their role
- First closing under SAP (Feb 2013)
- Post implementation maintenance (up to April 2013)
Competencies
* 6-8 years practical working experience with SAP FI/CO modules
* experience with Finance/Accounting and understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing environment
* standard project management skills
* Hands-on
* Knowledge of MFG Pro is an asset
* strong communication skills in English and Dutch
* Willing to travel ad hoc
Dutch Speaking Assignment. Start: 1st May. 12 Month Contract. Location: Geel, Belgium.
Maximum Rate = € 600/day (All inclusive).
