Workplace Resource Manager/Office Manager

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract paying £190 per day.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive facilities support & Workplace Resources Program Management to 5 UK sites to provide high quality work environments offering the most effective space including but not limited to sourcing new office space.
- negotiating leases/agreements (conventional & serviced).
- space planning, design, fitout works & internal moves, ongoing reactive & planned maintenance, environmental control.
- relationship management with suppliers, procurement, AV, Health & Safety, car fleet management.
- supervision of facilities & front of house staff inc appraisals & training, part of EMEA wide facilities team.

Experience/Education
* Typically requires professional degree and 6 years of related experience or MS/MA/MBA with at least 3 years of related experience.
* Experience in planning, architecture, real estate or construction with a design, engineering or management emphasis.
* Applies expert knowledge and understanding of all inter dependencies between business and functional requirements.
* Working knowledge of design, construction and move processes and capable of changing them to meet new needs.
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
* Technical knowledge of key business tools.
* Ability to analyse complex problems and generate multi-dimensional solutions.
* Capable of managing projects in an atmosphere of uncertainly and change.
* Ability to lead by example, with strong influencing skills
