REQUIRED SKILLS:- Strong C++ or C# skills.
- Experience with NT/2000/XP Multi-threaded development.
- Strong communication skills due to client-facing responsibilities.
- Technical degree in computer science or related discipline.
- MFC, JAVA, and Database skills are desired.
- Retail solutions experience preferred (NCR, IBM, Retalix, SNI, and/or ICL).
- Experience with Linux and Driver Level development
POS Checkout Application knowledge. - OPOS/JPOS knowledge.
- Experience with Communication with Serial/USB ports.
- Experience with multi-thread COM and or JavaBeans development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A senior-level position that typically leads engagement planning and execution of client consulting projects and helps secure new consulting engagements.
- Typically engage in post-sale delivery activities, but may participate in pre-sales activities directly with customers.
- Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions.
- Define client requirements for new applications and customization.
- Develop, customize, and test applications to integrate to client-specific environments.
- Provide application prototyping and benchmarking services to prove the viability of new technology solutions to our customers.
- Work with leading edge technologies such as Windows NT, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, Active Server Pages, Visual Basic Script, COM, OLE DB, C++, Java and Active X.
