We have immediate project opportunities available for experienced Wireless Site Development Construction Managers supporting new builds Southern US Regions.
Job Scope: Site Construction Manager with Outside Plant, Fiber (AAV - FTTCS)
The project will cover modernization of operator's network to include cell sites, backhaul & networks. The Constriction Manager should have strong knowledge of Outside Plant Engineering functions of companies providing the Transport service "fiber" to the cell site to include: Basic information, Background The work being performed falls mainly under the Supplement contract, Market situation This assignment covers the complete modernization of sprints network to include cell sites, backhaul & core and under the Network Project. Site walks, create project tracker in database. Provide any necessary support to Site Acq. Lead (ie production curves). Ensure that service providers stay on schedule to meet deliveries. Use output of Site Acq. phase as additional planning input to construction phase Construction Services Manage' as required to meet the goals.. Attend Customer meetings and communicate project schedule status as required. Address customer issues and concerns as they arise. Agree on the services will be performed at each site with the customer and double check the communication plan and contact information. Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the scope, ensure that these are agreed to and quotes created based on the SOW. Verify work completion, discuss recurring items that are that are causing delays. Address Scope creep and possible add-on services not foreseen.
Requirements: 5 to 7 years experience in wireless construction management.
