Great opportunity to join the Incident and Problem Management Team at a Fortune 500 Company located in suburban Cleveland. The Incident/Problem Management Analyst will assist with the operational duties involved in restoring IT Services and identifying root causes of problems. NO CORP-TO-CORP CONTRACTORS.

Overtime: straight time
- strong background in network, software and hardware troubleshooting and problem solving
- experience with issue management tools (eg Remedy)
- experience with monitoring tools (eg Keynote)
- experience with data analysis/data queries (eg SQL, MBI, etc)
- strong written and verbal communication skills
