Description
The Change Analyst is accountable for operational day-to-day Change Management activities, including: executing established Change Management policies, processes and procedures; communicating/maintaining Change schedules; updating related Change Management artifacts; tracking Change Management metrics; making recommendation on Change Process improvements; and participating in change process efforts. The Change Analyst is accountable for reviewing proposed Requests for Change (RFC) and making recommendations to mitigate risk and/or improve the change quality or viability of the RFCs for the Sears Holdings Information & Technology Group (I&TG).
