Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Compliance Consultant for a 6 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a Compliance Consultant providing regulatory advice and support to the business you will require the following experience:
Responsibilities:
- Provide pro- active risk based advice to Treasury and Commercial (T&C) which addresses the impacts of regulatory change on business process
- Supporting and advising the business on deal strategies
- Hedging issues
- Advising on regulatory bonds
- Advisory on training and competency
- Escalating incidents
- Analysing regulations
Skills:
- Prudential regulation experience (anything that impacts liquidity and regulatory reporting)
- Experience working on treasury/securitisation projects
- Ability to analyse regulations and take into a viable commercial proposition
- Experience of regulated covered bonds, derivatives, repos, swaps and options
- Advisory on regulatory change
