Leading Pharmaceutical client has an URGENT requirement for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a large scale Packaging Change programme (£80 million - Child Resistance packaging)We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong presence and leadership capability who can build confidence across high level stakeholders with strong &executive management& skills. You will have previous experience with driving a CAPEX change programme ideally within Secondary Pharmaceutical and Packaging
Looking at 5 sites across Europe you will be required to act as the work stream lead and head up the line trials, including managing site impact assessments - driving the process, cut through the site agenda`s and drive equipment line trials.
You will also:-
- Identify all the equipment and supply capabilities for each site.
- Identify what products are being packaged and what equipment they are using.
- Understand what asset each site has
- Look at sources of supply - where packaging comes from, write an investment proposal - if you were to makge changes, what impact would it make on site if they were to make changes on the packaging in any of the areas ie. equipment, suppliers, design, procurement
- Create an investment proposal business case - how much it would cost if changes were made.
Skills Required:
- Corporate Candidate/Strategic Thinker/Credibility Presence in Meetings
