Project Description:
This is a hands-on software development and testing position that will involve cellular protocol stack analysis, automation solution design and development, and testing. The candidate will work on test process automation for both lab and field tests for Standard and Advanced Technology team in Company Mobile Communications Group.
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
. Android Application Development
. Working knowledge of the software engineering development process and project life cycle
. Experience in the advanced programming, including object-oriented development, Java, C++, Javascript, Database (Access), Matlab, regular expression and Scripting.
. Experience in tools automation & integration/testing of mobile broadband and/or cellular devices
. Hands on experience with protocol and/or wireless RF equipment (operator level)
. Excellent knowledge of mobile broadband/cellular (2G/3G- GGE, UMTS, WCDMA) protocols and infrastructure
Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
. Experience in Python, KML, web application development that processes database and generates statistics graph.
. Good knowledge of LTE protocol & IP based protocols
. Experience with approvals procedures such as GCF/PTCRB.
