Description
GREAT opportunity for a a bright and motivated PeopleSoft Technical/Functional Application Support Lead to work with a global technology company with self-service solutions for ATM machines and software, POS and Retail systems, and airline check-in systems in the Alpharetta area!
Required PeopleSoft Skills:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years PeopleSoft experience, and 8 years in Information Technology
PeopleSoft 9.0 or better experience
Complete understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
Required Technical Skills:
Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional/technical problems in a production support environment
Strong skills in PeopleSoft Application Designer
Working knowledge of the full application life cycle
Must have good written and oral communication skills. Candidate should be able speak with DBAs, developers and other technical team members, and should also be able to explain issues in layman's terms to non technical team members
Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advance SQL (preferably MS SQL Server database)
Experience with Integration broker (App Messaging)
Ability to Create PS Queries
Have knowledge of PeopleSoft security
Perform migrations of objects between databases
Read, debug and update nVision is a plus
Required Functional Skills:
Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Financial and Manufacturing suite of applications; experience in several modules preferred (GL, Manufacturing, Inventory, OM, Billing, other).
Provide functional expertise in advising users relating to any of the modules listed.
Work with the users to clean up data issues in any of the modules listed
