Description
A leading global commodity risk management trading company is looking to take on an application support analyst for Front End development and support. The current team have faced strong growth in the past year, and are looking to build on their existing success and grow their team based on their increased demands.
The ideal candidate will have strong database development experience on Oracle, together with strong application development experience on .NET (3.5/4.0) using C#/VB.NET tools. Experience with WPF is key, as is a good understanding of C++ and other OO concepts.
The C# WPF Application Support Analyst - London:
- Strong database development experience on Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong Front End application development experience on .NET (3.5/4.0 Framework) using C#/VB.NET tools
- Experience in developing applications using WPF on Win Forms architecture
Responsibilities for the C# WPF Application Support Analyst - London:
- Develop in-house bespoke applications: design, develop, test and implement Front End applications using .NET, WPF, Win Forms and Crystal Reports, both for new projects as well as existing Applications
- Code PL/SQL packages for application development and investigate any queries raised by end-users on databases
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with finance markets/derivatives would be a bonus
