Description
Description:Perform recurring support and administration activities in network security, firewalls, remote
acces gateways and proxy servers environment
Processe all reported incidents and call tickets, and provides 2nd level technical support
Planning and installation of networks and security equipment and components: Firewall,
proxies, VPN gateways, coordinates and/or performs upgrade
Analyze and monitor network traffic and quality of transmission
Identify and solve hardware and software errors and faults
Competences/Skills:
4 years' experience working in major, global organization, prefer university degree
English is a must, German is a plus
Thorough understanding of network firewall systems and transport
Administration of infrastructures Checkpoint, Bluecoat, F5 and Fortigate is a plus
Monitoring of security infrastructures (Nagios, Cacti, SNMP)
WiFi business management, control of Cisco WLAN
Management of VPN (IPsec VPN, SSL, certificate mgmt, eToken Aladin)
Experience with UNIX, LINUX and Windows OS
