Working for a large organisation based in Geel, Belgium (nr. Antwerp).
Our client seeks a Senior Analyst (5 years experience +) with specific knowledge and skills of analysis methodologies and notations (processes modelling, data modelling) like Entity Relationship Diagram, UML, BPEL, BPMN together with experience of projects related to financial management systems. Candidates should have good knowledge of development methodologies (RUP/SCRUM) and knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMI/RUP)
Tasks:
Business process design; Be able to lead and coordinate business use-case modelling; understand the internal organisational structure and define key players and their roles and responsibilities; Understand user requirements, their strategies, and their goals and communicate them to the IT experts; Validate the conformity of business rules to organizational rules; Co-ordinate the validation of business processes by the business experts; Detailed analysis of requirements; Data analysis; Co-ordination of maintenance activities and new developments; Perform a cost/benefit analysis for any suggested changes in the target organisation; Preparation of project plan; Participate in functional testing; Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Deployment/installation of software applications/components.
Validation of implementations. Troubleshooting IT.
Debugging; Diagnosis; User support.
Candidates must have excellent communications skills in English.
