This is a project until the end of march 2013 plus extension. Job Description:
The client is looking for a Sharepoint developer to complement the team. The role of the developer is to ensure that an effective Request and Approval Tool is available for the business, to design, implement and assist in developing further functions within the Online Request System so that it continues to meet business requirements and processes. Furthermore the developer helps design and implement interfaces between the Online Request System, the Identity Management Tool (Control-SA) and other Service Management systems (eg Assyst).
Hard skills required:
- Software packages: Sharepoint, WSP Builder, Nintex, Infopath, Microsoft Office Suite, IIS
- Languages - C sharp, VBscript, SQL, XML, Unix Shell Scripting
- Enterprise Systems/Network Management infrastructure and Architecture
- Operating systems: Unix (Solaris/AIX/Linux), Windows Server
- Databases: Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organisation skills, customer services and communication skills
- Analytical, curious, eager to learn
- Proactive and customer focused
- Takes ownership
- Very strong communication skills
- Team player, able to function in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the development life cycle
- Experience with Agile, RUP methodologies
Language:
- Either Fluent English OR Dutch
