Fantastische opening bij een van onze eindklanten in de omgeving van Antwerpen.We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren SAP FICO consultant voor een standaardisatie project in Belgie bij een van onze klanten die een marktleider is in de Pharmaceutische industry.
In the role of Consultant SAP FICO you know all the ins and outs of SAP FI/CO and have a background in Finance. You will participate as a business. Therefore, you analyze the application issues. The first-line issues will be solved by the support-team, but you will monitor these issues. You work closely with the Finance/Logistics Department and act as business partner between the Finance/Procurement Organization and the SAP support team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together with the SAP support team/SaGe EU IA Work Stream Lead, to transition the current processes to the clients SAP standard platform for the centralized global Financial processes such as
o Financial master data:
c harts of accounts, profit centers, cost elements, cost centers...
o Suppliers and Customers repository Invoices control, Accounts payable, accounts receivable
o Accounting, Treasury, Bank,...
o Assets management
o Actual costs allocations
o Sales and Distribution
o Closing processes
o Global financial reporting:
PCD, Marco, ...
- Gap analysis MFG Pro vs. SAP
- Data clean-up and management of financial master data
- Co-ordination of SAP FICO Change Management (processes)
- Lead the User acceptance testing
- Training and supporting of the Key-users in all supported Sites for them to be able to understand and execute their role
- First closing under SAP (Feb 2013)
- Post implementation maintenance (up to April 2013)
Competencies
- 6-8 years practical working experience with SAP FI/CO modules
- experience with Finance/Accounting and understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing environment
- standard project management skills
- Hands-on
- % travel: will be limited to a few workshops and trainings. No detailed info available at the moment.
- Focus on financial and controlling; we`ll be working in ``SAP 1 module``/FICO
- Use of COPA: yes
- Use of SAP product costing: no. We`ll be working in phase 1 in Mfgpro
- From scratch?: At this point we don`t know how much engineering has been done already.
- There are no key users who have SAP experience.
- We need someone who can work with the blue print. No design needed anymore.
