Finance manager

A fast paced growing telecoms company is looking for a Finance manager to join their team focusing on Retention of Contract Voice customers
The Finance manager will be responsible for:
* Financial appraisal of consumer marketing business initiatives and promotions to maximise the benefit to the company including value added feedback, identification of key issues and options, and profitability analysis.
* Post implementation review of individual business cases within an appropriate time frame.
* Preparation of short and long term forecasts for input to budgets and business plans
* Developing the appropriate models and presenting operating budgets for review and approval working closely with the relevant business functions.
* Analysis of weekly/monthly trading performance by channel for stakeholders
The operational requirements for the Finance manager
* Commercial background of working in a marketing environment
* Strong background in a telecommunication related service environment, preferably mobile
* Knowledge gained in a consumer led customer environment would be desirable.
* Strong track record of involvement in Finance functions for a fast growing or established organisation
* Open and flexible personality to deal with a constantly evolving and dynamic company
* Proven analytical skills, showing ability to improve accuracy & efficiency and reduce duplication
