Software Application Support Specialist
Position Description: Process requests for code installations in production and non-production environments. Work with the Starteam versioning tool or similar software management tool to label and stage code for all installations.
Create and track Remedy tickets.
Update and administer test director
Schedule environment builds and refreshes using forms and automated databases.
Manage daily and weekly meetings for code management and environment management.
Communicate all changes and schedules to appropriate parties.
Administrate tools used within Software Application Management.
Skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage, organize & prioritize multiple tasks efficiently & accurately.
Be an effective team player.
Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes,
Nice to have: Knowledge of software application management, Starteam, Quality Center and Remedy.
