System Specialist Tetra Core
My client is looking for a DiMetra Core System Specialist for a contract in Scandinavia.
The System specialist will be responsible for:
-Handling of reported core(including CLI) incidents and problems within the timeframes defined in Service Level Agreement(SLA)
-Reactive and preventive maintenance of core network
-Verify core faults
-Incident and Problem management for the core part of the PSN
-Part of 24/365 on call duty
-1st and 2nd line maintenance for core equipment
-Testing and implementation of new core HW/SW
-Maintenance and optimisation of internal procedures
-Installation/commissioning of new core equipment
-Internal training of Operations staff
-Coordination towards other technical teams, eg Control Room technical staff and 3rd line maintenance subcontractors
-Take part in any relevant Operator process
The successful candidate will need to have
* In depth DiMetra(R6/R7/R8) knowledge
* Experience within supporting positions
