Global Leader in pharmaceutical services with headquarters in RTP has an opening for a IT Delivery Tools Support Administrator.
The main purpose of this job is to support the Development, Agile Analysis and Testing tools used at this company. You must have been a user or admin of these tools or similar tools and have the ability to support the tools. This is NOT a desktop or hardware support role!
Responsibilities for IT Delivery Tools Support:
- Solve Tools issues as they occur to resolution.
- Set-up of new users as per requests.
- Planned Implementation of Tools patches and releases.
- Implement and maintain the Tools environments in dev and test.
- Configure Tools to enable the IT processes.
- Participate in Assessment of new releases and new Tools.
- Maintain knowledge base of Issues & Resolutions.

Required and Desired Skills List:
- Familiarity with SDLC processes (preferred experience with Agile methodology).
- Previous working experience (user/administrator) with tools in Application Lifecycle management (PM/Business Analysis/Development/testing).
- 5-7 years Experience in a support role.
- Ability to learn and become knowledgeable in toolset.
- Experience with some or all scoped tools below preferred.
- Accepting third-party candidates for this position.
