Description
Link Technologies is looking for IT Project Managers to lead small to large, complex multiple projects for one of our Las Vegas clients. Must ensure that delivered scope, time, and budget effectively meets business objectives. Provides facilitation and coordination of multi-functional teams (eg, IT, business, strategic partner, etc.) utilizing both internal and external resources.
Required experience:
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple high profile projects at the same time
- Experience doing resource planning and work flow planning, manage financials to plan while keeping all projects on track.
- Experience must include business requirements development and skill documenting and presenting project information.
- Soft skills must be able to be diplomatic at all levels working with the CTO and Stakeholders.
- Casino Gaming, Hospitality Industry experiences would be helpful but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years IT industry experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Professional certification eg PMP, ITIL or PgMP is preferred. Proven experience with multiple project management methods and approaches (eg, PMBOK, Agile, etc.) with the ability to determine most applicable method based upon project objectives and constraints
- Proven experience in partnering with strategic suppliers and delivery partners to identify and deliver solutions
- Advanced user in project management tools (eg, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proven experience in using sophisticated PPM tools
