Our client is a leading IT company and global household name. Based in Bracknell, they currently need a contractor for an initial 6 month period to support their sales function.
Responsibilities will include: P&L management;
Revenue and margin analysis; Scenario planning and forecasting; Financial planning ( including input into annual company budgets); Detailed analysis of product mix, average unit price, average order value, revenue by channel eg web, telesales etc; Represent UK Store as financial analyst working alongside EMEA and UK BU finance and analyst teams; Pulling reports from various sources eg E-commerce systems, financial systems etc. with the ability to correlate and explain any differences in figures; Creation of business pack for UK weekly review; Creation of the business review pack for UK Management meeting; Daily update on the overall business in terms of orders & shipments (day, week, month, quarter view); Ad hoc financial reporting & analysis.
Applicant should ideally be Qualified or strong Finalist level accountants with experience within a major blue chip environment.
