Contact Centre Systems Engineer CVP

Our client a leader in IP telephony space has a requirement for a Systems Engineer CVP. You will be required to liaise with client's project and technical personnel to implement, deploy and deliver solutions based on the company's products and services. Develop, create and execute on test, design and deployment documentation. This role requires someone who can own this project, set up and plan the upgrade. This engineer needs to have the capability to plan, design, and implement the upgrade across multiple sites. You will be onsite and the working week can be flexible as weekend work is required.

Role involves

  • Deploy solutions on client premises.
  • Develop, create and execute on test, design and deployment documentation
  • Ensure efficient, timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and facilitate live training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops and webinars to educate clients on the product suite.
  • Provide support for client queries.
  • Develop strong customer relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Qualified applicant must have a minimum of a bachelor degree in Science and/or Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer-facing professional services, consultancy, or delivery roles.
  • Release 8 LTE network architecture and interfacing experience
  • Expert technical experience with contact centre technologies (Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal)
  • Expertise and understanding of IP and/or TDM telephony technologies.
  • Proficiency with the administration and configuration of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
  • Working experience with SQL, Scripting languages, or any other development experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle Database DBMS' is an advantage.
