Supplier Risk Manager
As a part of the Global Supplier Risk team, provide centralised support, programme management and subject matter expertise around the management of key suppliers and third party vendors across the business. The job will entail interacting with offices globally.
To develop a risk based approach to supplier management for the banks functions.
To interpret any Regulatory requirements for vendor risk management and incorporate into the approach
To challenge existing practise.
To design and implement a rigorous operating model for the ongoing management of vendors by contract owners.
Define best practise activities and minimum baseline activities that are expected of all key third party interaction.
Manage the relationship with the Banks procurement functions and handoff of roles & responsibilities between pre and post contract management
Supplier Risk Management reporting: To develop reporting mechanisms within the organisation to :
Capture the state of risk in supplier management at an aggregated and granular level, meeting the requirements of Banks reporting requirements
To provide MI to allow senior management in Technology to focus on the key areas of risk and anticipate risk events prior to their realisation.
To demonstrate a reduction in the supplier risk profile over time by trending activity against risk.
