Catastrophe Modeller - London - Insurance - Contract
Our leading Insurance client based in Central London is urgently recruiting for two Catastrophe modellers to join their team on an initial contract basis of six months. The daily rate for this role is market and negotiable dependent on experience.
Applicants applying for this role must have worked previously within an Insurance environment as part of a catastrophe modelling team and also have recent pricing experience. Due to the urgency of these positions we're happy to consider applicants from any background, though General Insurance is preferred. Lloyds market experience would be very desirable. Exposure of working with RMS modelling software is also required.
Further, you don't need to be actuarially qualified, part or fully, for this position, but again it would be highly desirable. A strong mathematical and statistical background is essential.
