Credit Control- Birmingham
My client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a 6 month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a settled team with longstanding customer relationships.
The successful credit controller will need to have experience in:
- Maintaining clients relationships
- Collecting overdue outstanding debts by telephone, fax and email
- Liaising with senior management to resolve debts in a professional and confident manner.
- You will be expected to ensure debt is collected in accordance with agreed timescales and that all systems are updated accordingly with any relevant information.
You must be a good communicator with a positive, pro-active attitude towards work. You will be a highly organised individual, able to multitask and prioritise a workload effectively, with strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
