Harvey Nash's public sector client is currently recruiting a Personnel Team Manager to join their team based in Edinburgh. My client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and proactive individual to develop and manage a team of administrators within the HR department.
Reporting to the head of HR Resourcing, this position is key to the organisation and you will also be responsible for a staff restructure across the organisation. CIPD accreditation is desirable.
Proven experience in the following is essential:
* Point of contact for complex recruitment issues
* Managing teams (> 6 people)
* Reviewing workflows and processes to increase productivity
* Developing team skill set and providing support where necessary
A Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate is required for this position
This is a 3 month contract with high possibility of extension for a further 3 months.
