My client based in the centre of Brussels are looking for an additional Capacity and Performance Analyst to join their Capacity Management Team. They are looking for someone who is a Windows Capacity Management Specialist with Unix Experience.

The role will encompass the following activities:

Capacity operations - daily monitoring of the performance and ccapacityof the Windows and Unix Systems and services. Identification and investigation of capacity and performance issues. Report in a comprehensive manner and propose mitigating actions to the teams in charge of the Windows and Unix systems or services.

Capacity planning - contribute to the capacity management oofficialdeliverables, the monthly capacity report, risk Matrix and yearly capacity plan.

Performance Engineering - participate to Project Business Cases and ECR's, assess the feasibility of the proposed solution and make recommendations on the Design of Windows and Unix applications and services.

Capacity Management Infrastructure - provide assistance in defining and implementing the Business, service and resource indicators that need to be collected for the Windows and Unix Platforms.

You will to be able to ddemonstratethe following:-
Capacity Management and are familiar with ITIL Principles.
You will be an expert in Windows domain
Good kknowledgeof Unix AIX/sSolarisand Linux.
You will be an expert in Windows Virtualisation and have used VSphereand (r)estopfor VMWare.
You have worked with Sysmon before
On Unix platform you will be familiar with nmon, Tivoli enterprise Portal, Introscope and Scripting.

Plus working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server and SAS programming.

If you are successful in gaining an interview it will be expected that the interview will be face to face based in Brussels.
