My client, a Market Leading Telecoms Company, is currently looking for a Finance Manager with a proven background in either the Telco/FMCG or Utilities industries. The main focus of the Finance Manager role will be to be provide financial appraisal on pricing, margins, customer acquisitions, retention and CAPEX.
In addition successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Post implementation review of individual business cases within an appropriate time frame
- Preparation of short and long term forecasts for input to budgets and business plans, in turn developing the appropriate models.
- Presenting operating budgets for review and approval
- Analysis of weekly, monthly trading performance channel for stakeholders
Applicants for this role will be expected to demonstrate:
- Commercial background working in a marketing environment and the ability to interface with various levels of management across different cultures and functions
- Background gained in a consumer led customer environment
- Excellent demonstrable background of pricing experience
- Knowledge of contract retentions
- Proven analytical skills
- Track record of involvement in financial functions for fast growing organisations
