Responsibilities Include- Research and network with passive candidates, proactively partner with hiring managers and executives, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract top talent. - Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS (Taleo) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Review résumés and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Manage the interviewing and hiring process to ensure high quality hires are in compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage the entire life cycle recruiting process from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Assist managers in the development of position profiles on an as needed basis.
- Successfully recruit and hire candidates within the required - service level agreements SLA's.
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies and programs that will develop a steady pipeline of candidates
Qualifications
- This position requires four to six years' experience in a high volume recruiting role as well as solid experience driving the recruiting process.
- The ideal candidate will be have a solid background and knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components.
- The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
- Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications to include Excel and PowerPoint.
