Password Vault is one of the SRM program projects which intends to mitigate risks on a structural basis as required by regulator De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB)
Specific:
AKM is (intended) asset owner of the new application Password Vault (supplier: Cyber-Ark). To fullfil asset ownership obligations (ie functional management, asset management, service management) one additional baseline fte (extension) is required and has been agreed by Transformation Program.
This enables our department to fullfil the following obligations:
* Mitigate and solve (functional) incidents, changes, problems of PWV according to the ITIL framework
* Specify and manage functional requirements of PWV to all parties
* LCM of the PWV applications including control documentation (eg BIA/OSG/Soll Matrix)
* Contract management (in close cooperation with GPB) and communication (RFC, 3rd line support) with the vendor (Cyber-Ark)
* Dictate and Control adaptations and implementations as performed by other ING departments (eg OIB/TS for technical and operational maintenance) and client applications (users) for access to PWV
* SPOC role for all communications with various maintenance parties, users and other stakeholders (inside and outside OIB)
PWV has a BIA rating 444 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability). This rating combined with the above stated responsibilities requires a sufficient knowledge base and skill set to be delivered by the AKM team. The current team (ie without a fulfilled vacancy) cannot fullfill this obligation due to their current responsibilities and workload.
