IT Service Manager (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Working within the IT Service Management Team including responsibility for service desk, desktop support and application support
  • Definition of service level agreements for Generation and Distribution (SLA’s) in relation to contracted services, ensuring the SLA’s are achieved; service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded as well as profitable
  • Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Produce management and account performance reports to an agreed schedule or upon request
  • Attend client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
  • Implement and facilitate workshops and training courses


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of IT concepts
  • Language skills mandatory English and Spanish, desirable German and Italian
  • Extensive ITIL Management experience
  • Experience in designing and implementing ITIL Incident and Problem Management process
  • Track record of dealing with teams across multiple locations
  • Strong experience of delivering service quality within an ITIL framework
  • Degree qualified - preferred
  • ITIL Master or Expert
  • Recognized Project Management qualification (PMP, PIRNCE, etc)
  • Manage the performance of services to clients as per agreed contract and ensure that Service Levels are achieved
  • Ability to manage suppliers in outsourcing contracts
  • Good communication skills
