Java/J2EE Developer
Summary of Qualifications:
5 years hands on experience with a Content Management System (CMS)
2+ years of SDL Tridion experience
Proven track record with SDL Tridion in large corporate environments delivering content to a large user base
Expert level knowledge of CMS concepts
Expert level knowledge of SDL Tridion best practices
Knowledge and experience of developing for Microsoft .NET (C#), including patterns and best practices
Knowledge and experience of developing for the following SDL Tridion components:
o Page/Component Templates (.NET Compound Templates, XSLT, Dreamweaver Template, Template Building Blocks(C#)
o SiteEdit
o Content Broker
Expert level knowledge of :
o HTML/XHTML/HTML5
o CSS
o JavaScript (primarily with JQuery).
o XML
o XSLT
o JSP
o Ajax
o Page Performance tuning
In addition:
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Be able to create design documents and provide estimates for level of effort and duration.
Be able to produce Tridion development standards for third party and internal development.
Be able to provide guidance on automated code analysis techniques for deliverables.
Provide mentoring to team members on the technology.
Must understand the proper use of Application Lifecycle Management (Source Control and Issue Tracking)
It is estimated that 80% of the time will be hands on coding.
