This leading Financial Services Company requires an experienced Senior Project Analyst or Senior PMO Project Coordinator to join their Project Team to work on a new business transformation program on IT Office and Property improvements.

You will be undertaking administration tasks, monitoring and reporting on the projects to support the delivery of portfolio solutions to meet the business needs. You will be working closely with the Project Manager on a transformation project.

To be considered for this role you will have previous demonstrable experience in a Senior Project Coordinator and/or a PMO Analyst role, as well as experience in:

  • Strong MS Project skills
  • Solid experience in Project Scheduling and Planning
  • Previous exposure to Primavera and SharePoint
  • Will be nice to have exposure to Real Estate transformation projects or IT Property Relocations
  • Cost and Resource Management experience
  • Outstanding communication skills - Verbal and Written
  • Strong coordination skills and previous experience in a PMO environment
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry would be ideal.
