Ihre Aufgaben:
- To work with the existing global and local customers network infrastructure concerning Voice, LAN, WAN, VPN
- To manage the day-to-day network monitoring & security requirements
- To work with the providers concerning capacity management, service levels and network management
- To work with the capacity, infrastructure and application team on a holistic design and implementation
- Ensure a timely resolution of network infrastructure related support cases
- Design and implement network solutions for Voice, LAN, WAN, VPN
- Design and implement network security solutions
- Interface with providers on the design and implementation of network solutions
- Implement and maintain a network management solution in cooperation with the network providers
- Provide metrics to the capacity and performance team
- Coordinate the handling of support cases between providers and application support
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of ITIL process flow
- Excellent skills in network technologies, protocols network security and vendor offerings
- Good project management skills
- A proactive and assertive work ethic
- Good all around knowledge of IT
- Good analytic and investigative skills
- Good knowledge of insurance market
- Ability to prioritise and work calmly in a sometimes volatile environment
- Good understanding of priorities and requirements in difficult incident situations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience
- English language skills
