We are currently searching for a CRM requirement analyst to work in Amsterdam, The Netherlands for 4 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The role;
The main person to analyse, document and agree reqs with the customer in CRM area
The main person to plan, manage and report status of the CRM team
The knowledge leader in this area of CRM, Front End development and Front End webservices.

There are two CRM team members for Phase1. One is local, one Chinese. This description relates to the local resource.

Overall role:
To complete the CRM deliverables for phase 1, eg Configuration Requirements Document (CRD)
To discuss and agree, with the client, the requirements for Front End design and Front End web-services layer and other docs in this area

To discuss design with HQ counterparts
Detail responsibilities:
Phase 1
. Complete requirements documents in the CRM area and attain sign off from client
. Screen layouts, flows and definitions, relating to business processes
. Understand Out of the Box (OOTB) capabilities and maximize them
. Resolution on contract scope items
. Close issues and create complete documentation
. Work closely with Client BAs and process experts to create a working Front End to the system
. Agree all details of functionality to be provided with HW HQ analysts
. Understand the boundaries of scope and report scope issues to DAs
. Manage the planning, the deliverables, the team members and the productivity of the CRM team.
. Report status to PM of team
. Deliver the highest quality documents possible in the time provided
. Be a knowledge lead in the CRM area to advise other teams (eg Interfaces, test) as needed
