Inhoudelijke omschrijving:
The team supports the business in facilitating User Acceptance Testing. Activities range from preparing the UNIX/Oracle environment with the correct data to managing/performing scheduled batch processing on UAT environments. Also test planning, defect management, installation of software releases and perform release management activities within projects and maintenance releases.
The department operates in a worldwide, dynamic environment, in which support has to be delivered around the clock(24x7), in constantly changing situations. ITIL is used as the standard process management methodology. Incidents in operational systems often have to be solved without any delay. The employee must therefore work under great time pressure, as the financial information systems are business critical and their non-availability represents a high commercial risk for the bank.
Environment is strongly technical (AIX, Oracle, AutoSys).
Huidige fase in projectcyclus:
UAT testing. We are starting to use SCRUM within application development cycles next to investigating the use of automated testing.
Werkzaamheden:
Prepare test environments to be able to run UAT and PAT tests. Prepare the requested test data, perform batch scheduling, solve issues/defects during test or manage them with project leaders to be solved, advice on test results, install software releases on UAT environments, perform performance acceptance tests
