Description
Engineering Administration role will require
- Receiving a request from our Complaint Handling Team
- Investigating the service history in our system to see if the answers are there
- Contacting our field engineer to fill in gaps
- Updating the complaint system
- Escalating any issues to local management
Skill set is;
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Able to work in detail with great accuracy
- Able to understand basic engineering terms
- Knowledge of Healthcare products that relate to patients in Imaging, anaesthesia, monitoring, Ultrasound etc
- We believe this would suit someone trained in biomedical engineering, possibly a biomed graduate engineer. Or a technical healthcare professional such as a radiographer.
